Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure payment options to suit different preferences:
- Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard
- PayNow – Fast and easy local bank transfers
All transactions are encrypted for your security.
Is my payment information safe?
Definitely. Sanag uses industry-standard SSL encryption and works with trusted payment gateways to keep your information protected.
Do you accept cash or bank transfers?
We do not currently accept:
- Cash on delivery
- Manual bank transfers
All payments must be completed digitally during checkout.
Are there any first-time buyer perks?
Yes! If you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll receive a 10% discount code for your first purchase.
Do prices include GST?
Sanag Singapore is not currently registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST). All prices are quoted exclusive of GST and no GST will be charged at checkout. If our GST status changes, we will update this notice and inform customers accordingly.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
- We deliver only within Singapore.
- No deliveries to P.O. Boxes, hotels, freight-forwarders, or overseas locations.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated timeline from order confirmation:
- Order processing: 0–1 working day
- Packing & inspection: +1 working day
- Transit via SingPost Registered Service: +2–5 working days
- Total: Typically 5–7 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
What are the shipping fees?

What delivery service is used?
- All parcels are sent via SingPost Registered Service.
- Includes:
- Door-step delivery
- Tracking link emailed when dispatched
- Signature upon receipt
What happens if delivery fails?
- Missed delivery: SingPost leaves a notification and holds your parcel for up to 10 days.
- Wrong address / incomplete info:
- You’ll be contacted via email.
- A re-delivery fee of S$5 applies.
- Uncollected items held for 30 days; after that, order is cancelled with no refund.
Where can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it at SingPost’s tracking page to follow your parcel.
What if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?
- Inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt.
- If damaged or missing contents, contact Sanag within 48 hours.
Warranty
Who is eligible for the warranty?
- The warranty applies to Sanag-branded hardware bought directly from Sanag.com.sg and delivered within Singapore.
- It excludes purchases made from third-party platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or Amazon unless explicitly listed as authorized resellers on Sanag.com.sg.
How long is the warranty period?
- 12 months from the purchase date shown on a valid proof of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
If a defect arises in terms of materials and workmanship, after a valid claim (within 12 months of purchased) is received, Sanag will, at its option:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts;
- Replace the Product with the same model or an equivalent model of equal or greater value
What’s not covered?
- Normal wear & tear: scratches, battery depletion
- Accessories: ear tips, cables, pouches
- Damage from misuse: liquid ingress, drops, heat
- Unauthorized repairs or mods
- Commercial usage
- Acts of nature: fire, flood, lightning
How do I make a warranty claim?
- Email: Sanag@d-Artz.com.sg - Include your invoice number, product model, and fault description. Recommended with Photos and/or videos.
