At Sanag Singapore, we ensure that all products are quality-checked
and sealed before dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refunds

Sanag does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect model selection
  • Compatibility issues with personal devices
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Faulty or defective products (covered under warranty instead)

Fit, Comfort & Wearing Style Disclaimer

Sanag earphones are designed to fit a wide range of users, however ear shape, ear size, and wearing preference vary from person to person.

As such:

  • Fit, comfort, or stability issues (e.g. earphones slipping, dropping off, or feeling uncomfortable)
  • Preference for a different wearing style (clip, hook, back-hook, open-ear, etc.)

do not constitute a product defect.

Requests for refunds or returns due to:

  • Fit not suitable
  • Earphones not staying in place
  • Comfort preferences

will not be accepted.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Review product descriptions carefully
  • Watch product demos and wearing guides during TikTok Live or on our product pages before making a purchase

No Returns
Returns are not accepted once the product has been sold, opened, or used.

This includes all earphones, speakers, and wearable audio products, due to hygiene and usage considerations.

12-Month Warranty in Lieu of Returns or Refunds

All Sanag products come with a 12-month local warranty from the date of purchase.

In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, Sanag will, at its discretionRefunds will not be issued, including for defective or faulty products.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to customers.


Authorized Sales Channels

Sanag will only honor warranty claims for products purchased through our authorised sales channels, which include:

Official Online Channels

  • Sanag Official E-Store (sanag.com.sg)
  • LazMall (Sanag Official Store)
  • ShopeeMall (Sanag Official Store)
  • TikTok Shop (Sanag Official Store)
  • TikTok Live (Sanag Official Live Sessions)


Authorized Physical Retailers

  • Selected Sanag-appointed retail partners in Singapore

Products purchased from:

  • Unauthorized online sellers
  • Parallel importers
  • Resellers not appointed by Sanag
  • Overseas platforms or grey-market sources

will not be eligible for warranty support, exchanges, or replacements.

Proof of purchase from an authorised channel is mandatory for all warranty claims.

Warranty Claim Conditions

To qualify for warranty support:

  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Proof of purchase from an authorised channel is required
  • Products must be assessed and verified by Sanag’s technical team

Sanag reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet warranty conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or negligence
  • Water damage beyond the product’s rated IP protection
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by improper use or storage

Consumer Rights

This policy is issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Singapore).

Statutory rights relating to defective goods are provided through repair or replacement, not refunds.
