Who can apply to be a Sanag retailer?
We welcome applications from lifestyle and consumer electronics retailers, sports and outdoor stores, and education-related outlets. Please note that online sales are limited to our official Sanag e-store, official e-stores operated by authorized Sanag partners, and live selling via our official TikTok account. We do not authorize sales on third-party marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, or others.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no fixed MOQ, as we understand variety is often more important than quantity for consumers. Retailers may order in any mix of products, subject to stock availability.
- Minimum Order Value: SGD 500 per order
- Collection / Delivery (Singapore):
• Self-collection at our warehouse (Ubi TechPark) is available
• Local delivery at SGD 25 per location
• Free delivery for orders above SGD 2,000 (1 location, within Singapore) - Delivery to Malaysia: Charges will be advised once full delivery details are confirmed.
Are all products covered by warranty?
Yes. All Sanag products sold through official retail partners in Singapore and Malaysia are covered under local 12-month warranty by our exclusive distributor, d Artz Lifestyle Pte Ltd (UEN 202243560G).
Do retailers receive marketing support?
Yes. Approved partners receive access to promotional materials, official campaigns, and product training support to help drive sales.
Can retailers sell Sanag products outside their country?
No. Retailers are only authorized to sell within their respective countries. Singapore retailers may sell only in Singapore, and Malaysia retailers may sell only in Malaysia. This applies to all channels — online, offline, and export.
