Warranty

1. Scope

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to all Sanag-branded hardware products (“Product”) purchased through Sanag authorized sales channels and delivered within the Republic of Singapore.

This Warranty is provided only to the original end-consumer and is non-transferable.


2. Authorized Sales Channels

Sanag will only honor warranty claims for products purchased through the following authorized sales channels:

Official Online Channels

  • Sanag Official E-Store (sanag.com.sg)
  • LazMall (Sanag Official Store)
  • ShopeeMall (Sanag Official Store)
  • TikTok Shop (Sanag Official Store)
  • TikTok Live (Sanag Official Live Sessions)

Authorized Physical Retailers

  • Selected Sanag-appointed retail partners in Singapore

Products purchased from:

  • Unauthorized sellers
  • Parallel importers
  • Grey-market sources
  • Overseas platforms

are not eligible for warranty support. Sanag does not warrant the authenticity or quality of such products.

3. Warranty Activation (Mandatory)

To activate warranty coverage, customers are required to register their product via the official Sanag warranty activation page:

Warranty activation must be completed within a reasonable period after purchase.

For all warranty claims, customers must provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase from an authorized channel; and
  • Successful warranty registration record

Failure to complete warranty registration may result in delay or rejection of warranty claims.


4. Warranty Period

The Warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase, as shown on a valid proof of purchase (e-receipt, order confirmation, or tax invoice).

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (“CPFTA”) and Singapore Lemon Law remain unaffected.


5. What the Warranty Covers

Under normal personal or household use, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period.

If a defect is verified and a valid claim is received, Sanag will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; or
  • Replace the Product with the same model or an equivalent model

Refunds and returns are not provided under this Warranty.

Any repaired or replaced Product will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days, whichever is longer.


6. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The Warranty does not cover:

Exclusion Examples
Normal wear & tear Surface scratches, cosmetic blemishes, battery capacity depletion
Consumables & accessories Ear‑tips, charging cables, pouches, packaging
Misuse or abuse Liquid ingress beyond IP rating, dropping, crushing, extreme temperatures
Unauthorised modification DIY repairs, third‑party parts, unofficial firmware
Commercial use Rental, resale or any non‑consumer application
Force majeure Acts of God, fire, flood, lightning, power surges


7. Fit, Comfort & Personal Preference

Sanag earphones are designed to fit a wide range of users; however, ear shape, ear size, and wearing comfort vary from person to person.

The following are considered personal preference and do not constitute manufacturing defects:

  • Fit or comfort concerns
  • Earphones slipping, dropping off, or not fitting securely
  • Preference for a different wearing style (clip, hook, back-hook, open-ear, etc.)

Such issues are not covered under warranty.


8. How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us first
Email sanag@d-Artz.com.sg with:

  • Invoice / order number
  • Product model
  • Description of the issue
    (Photos or videos are encouraged)


2. Return Authorization


Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Products sent without an RMA may be rejected.


3. Shipping costs

  • Months 1–6: Sanag provides a prepaid SingPost label or reimburses standard
    return postage
  • Months 7–12: Customer bears inbound shipping; Sanag covers return shipping


4. Inspection & Remedy


Valid claims are typically resolved within 7–14 working days.

If the issue is not covered, Sanag may offer:

  • A paid repair quotation; or
  • Return of the Product unrepaired at the customer’s expense

9. Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided under this Warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Sanag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the purchase price paid for the Product.

Nothing in this Warranty limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the CPFTA.


10. Personal Data & Privacy

Personal information provided during warranty registration or a warranty claim is collected and used solely for warranty administration and claim processing, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and Sanag’s Privacy Policy.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to:

  • The Singapore Mediation Centre, or
  • The Small Claims Tribunals

13. Updates to This Policy

Sanag reserves the right to amend this Warranty Policy at any time.

Revisions will be published on sanag.com.sg and apply to purchases made after the stated “Last updated” date.
