SANAG x Under Armour MVPWeek Rewards Terms & Conditions:

1. Organiser
The SANAG x Under Armour MVPWeek Rewards ("Promotion") is organised by d Artz Lifestyle Pte Ltd ("Organiser").

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run from 8 August 2026 (12:00 AM SGT) to 9 August 2026 (11:59 PM SGT). Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to all Singapore residents aged 16 years and above.
• No purchase is required to participate.
• Participants must provide complete and accurate information when submitting their entry.
• Employees of d Artz Lifestyle Pte Ltd, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate
To participate, eligible participants must:

• Complete and submit the official online entry form during the Promotion Period.
• Provide all required information.
  

5. Entries

• Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry only during the Promotion Period.
  Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries will be disqualified.
• The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misconduct, or any form of foul play.
  

6. Sure-Win Rewards
Eligible participants will each receive one (1) reward, allocated randomly, while stocks last.

Reward allocation is random and determined solely by the Organiser.

7. Winner Notification
Successful participants will receive their reward notification and redemption instructions via the email address provided during registration on 15 August 2026.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate. The Organiser shall not be responsible for undelivered emails due to incorrect or invalid contact information.

8. Prize Conditions

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
• SANAG Online Store e-Vouchers are subject to their respective terms of use and expiry dates.
• The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any reward with another item of equal or greater value should the advertised reward become unavailable.
• The Organiser shall not be responsible for lost, damaged, expired, or unclaimed rewards.
  

9. Personal Data
By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of:

• administering the Promotion;
• verifying participant eligibility;
• contacting successful participants regarding their rewards; and
• where separate marketing consent has been provided, sending future marketing and promotional communications.

All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

10. General

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The Organiser reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including reward allocation and eligibility, shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
